Become an LWWA Member

Contribute to the success of the Loudoun County Wine Industry by participating as a member in the LWWA!  We encourage participation from all Loudoun Wineries & Winegrowers and any organization or individual who has a vested interest in or who wants to partner with the Loudoun County Wine Industry.  

Join as a Loudoun COUNTY Winery - $250 per winery

To join as a Loudoun County Winery, you must hold a valid and current Virginia ABC Winery License, be open as a for-profit winery, and be located within Loudoun County.  Joining as a Loudoun Winery gives you voting rights as a member within the organization.

WINERY Member Benefits

  • Participation in Marketing events such as the Annual Barrel Tasting, Destination Races & Loudoun Wine Awards.

  • Discounted pricing for you and your team for WSET courses offered by Capital Wine School.

  • Partnerships with VA Wine Marketing office and other businesses to promote Loudoun wines to restaurants, distributors & writers.

  • Educational initiatives such as the Winemaker’s Round Table, Hospitality Bootcamps and Tasting Room Sales Workshops.

  • Involvement in legislative organizations including the Virginia Wine Legislation Directive (formerly VA Wine Council) & Agribusiness Council.

  • Give back to our community through our Harvest Kindness Initiative.

  • Invest in marketing directives such as short videos targeted at social media to promote Loudoun County wines.

JOIN AS A LOUDOUN COUNTY WINEGROWER - $125 PER VINEYARD

To join as a Loudoun County Winegrower, you must maintain an active, producing for-profit winegrape vineyard in Loudoun County or be in the process of establishing such a vineyard.  Joining as a Loudoun Winegrower gives you voting rights as a member within the organization.

WINEGROWER MEMBER BENEFITS

  • Discounted pricing for you and your team for WSET courses offered by Capital Wine School.

  • Educational initiatives such as the Winemaker’s Round Table, Vineyard Workshops, VA Tech Seminars.

  • Involvement in legislative organizations including the Virginia Wine Legislation Directive (formerly VA Wine Council) & Agribusiness Council.

  • Give back to our community through our Harvest Kindness Initiative.

  • Invest in marketing directives such as short videos targeted at social media to promote Loudoun County Winegrowers & Farming.

Join as an Associate Member - $100 per organization

Any individual or company can join as an Associate member.  This is a non-voting membership, but still allows you to participate and contribute to the growth and success of the Loudoun County Wine industry. We also offer an Industry Partner Program if you would like to get involved with our members.

This is a great option for Restaurants, B&B, Wine Industry Service & Equipment Companies or other rural economy partners such as farms or other wineries outside of Loudoun County.

  • Access to our membership contact list.

  • Ability to attend our industry general meetings once per quarter.

  • Receive our monthly newsletter to upcoming events and information going on in the industry.

  • Promotion on our website and the ability to sponsor general meetings or be featured in a newsletter.
